HOW DOES OUR WORKSHOPS WORK?
This is an interactive cooking class, where you learn to cook Italian food - live, online with real Italian chefs and food and drinks experts, from the comforts of your own kitchen.
How does it work?
Step 1 - Sign up for the class and pay online
Step 2 - Before the class starts, we'll email you instructions on how to join us live (all you need is a laptop or desktop and internet). We'll also send you a list of ingredients and equipment that you'll need to get ready ahead of time, as well as the recipe so that you can review.
Day of the Class
Step 3 - Organise your ingredients, and set up your equipment and technology.
Step 4 - You log onto the Google Meet link, and join the interactive class. Your kids, husband, dog, imaginary friends can join - in a relaxed, low pressure environment, and we cook together for 1.5 to 2 hours. At the end of the class you will not only have the knowledge, but a great lunch or dinner to eat together.
What does 1 ticket get you?
The purchase of 1 ticket (35€) will grant you access to 1 unique link for your household. This means, anyone living with you, can join the class, without buying additional tickets. We encourage you to invite your friends or family who live with you to tune in and cook with us.

Q: How long are the classes?
A: Between 60 to 90 mins, depending on the dish we choose to make
Q: Do we have to buy our own ingredients and equipment?
A: Yes, you will have to get everything before the class.
Q: What technology do I need?
A: We recommend either a laptop or desktop, as it has a bigger screen so you can see us better. You will also need internet.
Q: Can we ask questions during the class?
A: Absolutely. We encourage it. :) But feel free to email your questions before the class as well.
Q: Who will teach us to cook?
A: Gluten free Italian Chef Ilaria Bertinelli will lead the session, and be assisted by your host Quyen Ha.
