“Risotto alla Parmigiana” translates to parmesan cheese risotto. Risotto is an Italian staple dish and is enjoyed from north to south. We'll show you a simple and classic risotto recipe, to which you can add anything. From mussels, green peas, zucchini, and just about anything else.
