Italy has some of the most fresh and tasty fruits and vegetables all year round, and there are many typical Italian dishes that are actually vegetarian. In this course, we will prepare Italy's delicious Eggplant Parmesan and Caprese Salad with a Broccoli Green Sauce - perfect for when you are short of ideas. Ingredient List: Aubergines/eggplants, tomato purée/passata, tomatoes, broccoli, onion, garlic, lemon, almond flour, parmesan cheese, buffalo mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, oregano, dry basil, fresh basil, parsley, capers, powdered mustard, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper Equipment: Casserole dish or baking tin, pan for cooking tomato sauce, wooden spoon, grater for Parmesan cheese, bowls, strainer or cotton cloth, serving dish, cutting board, chef’s knife, kitchen knife, and tablespoon Note: No meat.
