Vietnamese Pho and Summer Rolls

Join me in cooking two of my favourite childhood dishes - Vietnamese beef pho and fresh summer rolls. During the class, we'll learn how to cook traditional Pho, a comforting beef broth that is ladled over rice noodles with thinly sliced beef and fresh herbs. We'll then roll some classic fresh summer rolls, dipped in two kinds of sauces: fish sauce and peanut hoisin sauce. * Once you've sign up, we will send you the full list of ingredients and equipment. ** Some of the ingredients can be found in normal shops, but you will likely have to visit your local Asian supermarket for the rest.
